- Please note we may need the table back after 90 mins
- Your reservation will be allocated to a specific area upon arrival. Please make management aware of your preference. Please be aware this will depend on our Great British weather!
- Haugen is a cashless venue, we only accept card payments.
- All menus on the website are seasonal and subject to change. Limited menus only available on stadium event days.
- In the event that the reservation is not cancelled with 24 hours’ notice, it will result in a charge of £25 per guest.
- Children are only permitted onto the rooftop until 4pm with a responsible guardian.
- Valid ID will be required to prove you’re over 18 for Rooftop entrance, should you appear to look under 25.
- We are a dog friendly venue.
- Haugen is a no smoking venue including areas of the International Quarter London.
- Dress code is smart / casual, no tracksuits, sportswear (with the exception of stadium days).
- In line with police recommendations, larger groups of males are often refused – if intoxicated or deemed a security risk.
- Final decision on entrance to the venue will be at the discretion of the Security Manager – any groups intoxicated or deemed a security risk will be denied entry.
- Please note that we do not accept multiple table bookings either simultaneously or consecutively. For all bookings for more than 10 guests, please contact our events team at haugenevents@danddlondon.com
