The Olympic Room is for up to 10 guests seated, a minimum spend of £400 applies

The Chamonix Room is for up to 16 guests seated, a minimum spend of £600 applies

Both private dining rooms combined, up to 26 guests seated or 30 standing, a minimum spend of £1000 applies

The Winter Garden is available to hire for up to 36 seated or 50 standing, with minimum spends starting from £1000 for lunch or £1,250 for dinner.

The minimum spend is required in full as deposit upon confirmation to secure your booking.

Our set food menus start from £35 per person.

Pre-orders are required at least 5 days prior to the booking date.

Frequently asked questions

1. Access times

The rooms can be hired from 12pm to 5pm for lunch, or from 6pm to 11pm for dinner.

2. Is there a room hire charge?

We do not charge a hire fee, but a minimum spend will apply. It is made up of food and drinks.

3. Can I decorate the room?

You are welcome to bring your own balloons and flowers.

We provide place cards on request.

*Please note external decorators will be subject to availability, please speak to the events team. All decorations brought must be approved by the events team and be taken away upon departure.

4. Can I bring candles?

Open flames are not allowed anywhere in the venue.

5. Can I bring a cake?

Yes, if you wish to bring your own cake, there is a plating fee of £5 per person and we will only ask you to fill out a food disclaimer form in advance

6. Can I play music?

You can connect your own phone/audio device to the rooms sound system (No DJs allowed)

7. Can I bring my own food and/or drink ? (this includes alcohol)

Only food and beverages provided by the restaurant are permitted at the venue.

8. What is the latest time of arrival ?

8pm is the latest time of arrival and 8:30pm is the latest for the starters to commence.

9. Can I order on the day?

No, we require pre-orders of mains 7 days prior to the date of your booking.
